We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days.

This preparation time also includes printing when an item needs to be made. Ready items may leave sooner. Delivery time is additional; follow your parcel with tracking after dispatch. Need it for a particular date? Contact us before ordering.

Belgian and Dutch rates apply up to 10 kg. Free shipping from €60 to Belgium and €75 to the Netherlands, after discounts. Rates for other destinations are shown at checkout.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to notify us of your return, followed by another 14 days to send it back. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

If you change your mind and withdraw from your purchase, you pay the return shipping costs.

Received the wrong item, or is there a problem covered by the legal guarantee? Contact us. We cover the necessary return shipping costs in those cases.

Wobbiez products are 3D printed. Fine print lines and small differences in colour or finish are part of this process.

Move parts gently. Avoid heat and heavy pressure. Stop using the item if damaged.
